About Trip
Trip Maynard is a meditation guide, somatic educator, and the founder of Everyday Oasis. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Santa Clara University and has previously worked as a Mindfulness Coach, supporting teachers, parents, and students through burnout, stress, and cycles of self-disconnection.

Trip’s approach blends breathwork, embodied awareness, and ecological presence to support healing that’s simple, sustainable, and honest. His work is rooted in personal practice—anchored by Vipassana meditation, yoga, and a lifelong engagement with the creative arts. Much of his passion for care was shaped by his experience supporting his older brother through mental illness, a journey that continues to inform the depth and direction of his offerings.

In addition to his work in contemplative practice, Trip has a background in executive functioning coaching, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and currently works as a Direct Support Professional for adults with disabilities. These experiences continue to ground his approach in real-world care, patience, and the belief that healing must be accessible to every kind of mind and body.

At the heart of his work is a commitment to spaciousness, dignity, and the quiet power of showing up as you are.

About Serina
Serina Levin is a caregiver, global citizen, and lifelong student of healing and connection. She holds a B.A. in International Relations, Chinese, and Communications from the University of California, Davis. Raised across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East due to her father’s work with the U.S. Embassy, she developed a deep appreciation for cultural nuance, empathy, and the many ways people find meaning and resilience.

Her path into healing work began in India, where she studied Hatha Yoga and the breath-based practices of Pranayama. This foundation continues to inform her gentle, intuitive approach to care—one that values presence, patience, and the quiet strength of listening deeply.

Currently, she works closely with youth navigating the emotional landscape of divorce, offering a safe space for expression, regulation, and steady companionship. For her, this work is not just a job, but a reflection of what she values most: supporting others through life’s transitions with warmth and steadiness.

Outside of her work, you’ll find her exploring Portland’s parks with Trip and their dog Mia, finding joy in movement, nature, and the everyday rituals of love and care.

At the center of Serina’s life is a deep care for people and a belief that small, consistent acts of support can have a lasting impact. Whether she’s helping a child feel safe after a difficult day or connecting with a stranger at the dog park, she brings a steady presence, genuine curiosity, and a quiet belief in the power of simply being there for others.
