A place to breathe, soften, and return to yourself—one day at a time.

Everyday Oasis offers breathwork, movement, and guided rest for caregivers and those in service to others.
Our trauma-informed offerings support nervous system recovery, compassion fatigue, and the quiet work of coming home to yourself.

Who we are

Everyday Oasis is a Portland based healing-centered space offering breathwork, somatic education, and guided rest—created with caregivers and support workers in mind.
We recognize the quiet toll that ongoing care, burnout, and emotional labor can take. Our offerings are designed to replenish the nervous system, foster connection, and support long-term resilience through simple, accessible practices. Whether through guided meditation, mindful movement, or trauma-informed workshops, we help people return to themselves—gently, consistently, and without pressure.
